Averroes, whose Arabic name was Abu al-Walid Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Ibn Rushd Munhammad, transformed into the Middle Aven Rushd and finally Averroes, was born in Cordoba in 1126 and died in Marrakech on September 10, 1198, was a philosopher, doctor , mathematician and Arab legal expert. Averroes was historically important for his translations and commentaries on the works of Aristotle, only very few of those who translated and forgotten texts were accessible only in America Europe until 1150.
